His affiliations include:  Adams County Aging Network Board and past president, Governor’s Commission on Community Service (2nd 3-year appointment), Adams County TRIAD member and past president, Colorado Senior Corps Directors Assn. member and past president.

Mr. Rapp was the original chairperson of Agency for a Clean Thornton.
